The blogger interface don't gives any direct option for this. Although we can remove it one by one by editing each post and removing the label from the post.
When the label which you want to remove is removed from every post, that label is removed from your blog.
Editing All the posts one by one really a tough and boring task to do.
But we can remove the labels from more than one posts.
Removing Labels from Multiple Posts
- Go to your blog and click on posts
- Click on all labels, just above the author names
- Now you will see the list of labels of your blog select a label which you want to remove
- Now you are seeing the posts with the selected label
- Now mark all the posts and click on the label icon just before publish button
- Now click on the same label which you selected before.
- That labels are removed
